Once is the quiet, unforgettable story of two musicians whose chance encounter reminds us that the most meaningful moments in life are often the simplest. More than a film, it is a celebration of music, vulnerability, and human connection.

This Cinema Salon is presented as a tribute to Glen Hansard, whose artistry and songwriting have been a lasting source of inspiration for the spirit of The Burrow. Following his recent and unexpected passing, we wanted to honor the artist whose work reminds us that honesty, simplicity, and human connection often leave the deepest mark.

Join us as we celebrate Glen’s legacy through the film that introduced so many of us to his remarkable voice, followed by conversation exploring the music, the story, and the enduring power of genuine human connection.

Ticket includes soft drinks, coffee/tea, wine and beer. Full bar and light bites available for purchase.

Door opens at 6:30 PM, movie starts promptly at 7 PM. Seating is assigned on a first come,  first serve basis and aligned to the social nature of our salon, you may be requested to share your table with other guests.
