Grammy Award-winning saxophonist Wayne Escoffery is widely regarded as one of the defining voices of modern jazz. A DownBeat Critics Poll winner on both tenor and soprano saxophone, Escoffery has performed and recorded with many of the genre’s most celebrated artists, including Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter, Tom Harrell, Randy Brecker, Abdullah Ibrahim, and the legendary Mingus Big Band, where he serves as one of its musical directors. He is also the founder of the acclaimed Black Art Jazz Collective, an ensemble dedicated to honoring the origins and continuing evolution of jazz through original music.

For this intimate Quartet performance, Escoffery brings his unmistakable warmth, lyricism, and expressive improvisation to The Burrow, offering an evening that celebrates the enduring power of jazz as conversation, storytelling, and shared experience.

Door opens at 8 PM, show starts promptly at 9 PM. Seating is assigned on a first come,  first serve basis and aligned to the social nature of our salon, you may be requested to share your table with other guests.
