Jimmy's culinary journey began in Galilee, in Layla's kitchen -his mother- where he developed a passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients and creating dishes that tell a story. His cuisine is a celebration of authentic flavors and modern techniques, blending his heritage with contemporary culinary trends.

Guests settle into a full tasting experience, enjoy a curated wine selection, and share each dish with their companions at the table. It is an invitation to slow down, lose track of time, and enjoy a style of dining designed to feel warm, nurturing, and deeply personal — just like home.

* Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Door opens at 7 PM, event starts at 8 PM.
