The Burrow Session No. 28 - KerreKe
Tradition is not something we inherit—it is something we continue to create.
Latin Grammy-winning ensemble KerreKe (@kerrekemusic) brings a contemporary voice to the rich musical traditions of Latin America. Formed in Miami and composed of musicians from Mexico, Colombia, and Venezuela, the group blends joropo, Mexican sones, Caribbean rhythms, and modern influences into a sound that is both deeply rooted and refreshingly original.
Recognized with the Latin Grammy for Best Contemporary Folk Album, KerreKe transforms folklore into a living, evolving conversation—one that celebrates identity, craftsmanship, and the remarkable diversity of Latin American culture.
An evening where tradition meets innovation, reminding us that the stories of our past continue to inspire the music of today.
Door opens at 8 PM, show starts promptly at 9 PM. Seating is assigned on a first come, first serve basis and aligned to the social nature of our salon, you may be requested to share your table with other guests.
